Pat spent years working for a variety of home inspection companies and he feels fortunate to have learned the industry from every angle. But after many years working for other inspectors, he realized that there was something missing from the process: there was so much focus on the technical side of the home inspection, and not enough excitement about communicating these findings into language that was helpful for the homeowner; too much focus on a house’s problems and not enough time spent finding creative and useful solutions to these issues. He is committed to making the home inspection process one that will truly benefit all parties involved.
