General Home Inspection

From the roof to the basement floor, we’ll check all the major systems of the home. We’ll open the electrical and furnace panels for a complete visual safety check, turn on all the appliances and inspect them for proper function and screen the appliances and mechanical systems for any outstanding recalls. We’ll inspect the home for water intrusion and air quality issues. We follow, and exceed, the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the Wisconsin Society of Home Inspectors. Learn more about the Standards of Practice.
